Our warehouse and store shipping teams are working hard to ship your orders within 24 working hours of receipt. Due to the large increase in online orders across Australia, the freight system with ALL COURIERS is experiencing delays, especially on larger items (e.g. bouldering pads). When you place an order, please keep this in mind and allow extra time to those listed below for your orders. If you do experience extreme delays, please contact us at email@example.com so we can lodge a follow up with the courier but in most cases its just the added demand that is causing the shipping delays.

Orders placed on our website for $29 or more (excluding Gift Vouchers) qualify for free postage Australia wide if you choose the base shipping option. You can choose to use Australia Post if you prefer but this will cost $10 as our costs with Aust Post are higher than other carriers.
Shipping is generally through Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please or Australia Post eParcel except for larger items:
Some bulkier items may be sent by TNT and will need to be delivered to a place where someone is available to receive the delivery.
We try and keep the shipping time as short as possible. Where possible orders are sent on the day you ordered (if ordered before 13:00) or the next day (unless for some reason we are out of stock, in which case we will contact you). Depending on the size of the parcel, the approximate shipping times are (in business days and don't include public holidays):
Areas outside the capital cities usually take an extra day too arrive.
We do not ship any items overseas at present.
If you are paying with an international credit card we will need to verify your payment prior to shipping your order. This will add a few days to your order.
