We are excited to announce that our Alexandria, Waterloo & Lane Cove stores will reopen in less than a week. We’re absolutely thrilled to see you, but let’s go over some important changes to opening times & store procedures before you visit.
We have a legal obligation to follow NSW Government health and safety orders. Though we understand this may not suit everyone, our priority is to the health of our staff, customers, families, friends & community. We are not willing to take risks that may result in fines or closures. If you’re planning to visit, you will be required to:
Until restrictions ease further, we will continue to offer Click & Collect to those who are not fully vaccinated. You can find more information for the roadmap on the NSW Health website.
Over the coming weeks, our stores will be open for a limited number of days to relieve pressure on our staff. These hours are subject to change as restrictions ease further.
We don’t have a fancy pre-booking system. So, we’re taking this one from school and using a “sticker” system.
During peak visiting hours or when we’re at capacity, our staff will give you a sticker with a specified 45min time slot. We know it’s not the perfect solution, but this is the best way for us to manage our capacity limits and provide an expected time to enter our stores. While you wait, there’s plenty of local coffee shops around that would love to see visitors too.
As much as we love a visit, we encourage shopping online with delivery or using Click & Collect where possible. Click & Collect orders are available to anyone, no matter their vaccination status, as they can be picked up without entering our stores. If you would like to try on a non-returnable safety item before committing to your C&C order, please ensure that you meet the NSW health requirements to enter the store for assistance.
That’s all folks!
