On March 23, we closed the doors of our physical stores in Alexandria, Collingwood, Lane Cove and our Coffs Warehouse to customer sales.
As COVID-19 spreads, we believe that in the interests of our staff and customer safety that closing our physical stores in Alexandria, Collingwood and Lane Cove was the safest decision to make regardless of a government shut down or not.
OUR ONLINE STORE REMAINS OPEN AND WILL CONTINUE SHIPPING ORDERS TO YOU.
We look forward to a time when we will be able to serve you all in person again but in the mean time we will serve you digitally.

Are you still sending orders out?
Yes, until we hear otherwise from couriers or the government our online store will continue to run.
Yes, at this stage our return process has not changed. This may vary at a later date but at the moment it remains the same.
Due to store closures we will only have skeleton staff on weekends to answer phone calls or emails. We will aim to get back to you as quickly as possible but please keep this in mind. During the week our regular customer service team are still available.
No, until our physical stores reopen we wont be able to do click and collect orders. We are happy to ship them to you if you had a click and collect order waiting already.
At this stage we are unsure how long they will remain closed but we will advise you as soon as we know we will be able to reopen them.
At this stage, there are no delays in us dispatching your order. However, THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DELAYS with& couriers and postal services at the moment so keep that in mind when placing an order.
