After closing our physical stores on the 23rd of March and being shut for over 7 weeks, we are cautiously excited that our stores in Alexandria and Collingwood are now open with reduced trading hours and a number of precautions in place.
Monday to Friday 10:00am till 6:00pm.
Saturday to Sunday 10:00am till 4pm.
At this stage we will limit the number of customers in store to 5 in Alexandria and 3 in Collingwood. We have placed tape on the floor to mark areas with restricted access, to ensure we follow social distancing restrictions. To help control the number of customers in the Sydney store, we are only be using the inside (garage) entrance. We ask that if you see 5 people (plus staff) in the store that you please wait outside until someone leaves.
Hand sanitiser is available for all customers to use upon entering the store. Our cleaning schedule has been increased to include regular sanitation of touch points throughout the store.
Most of our regularly stocked items are in stock however we still have some products that are out of stock (hangboards, some shoes and bouldering pads) but are working to get these back in stock as soon as possible.
We look forward to serving you in store again and continuing to do so online.
