We are limiting the number of people (staff and customers) allowed in each store at any given time to maintain social distancing and safety measures.
You can find the capacity limits for each store on our front doors. Please be patient and mindful of others when required to queue for entry.
Face masks are now compulsory. NSW & VIC Government rules require that fitted face makes must be worn when inside retail stores.
Customers will not be permitted to enter the store unless they are wearing a face mask, excluding those who have lawful exemption. We will be wearing face masks, and hope to see you doing so too!
We ask our customers to maintain social distancing of 1.5 metres between other customers whilst inside and waiting outside the store.
We have placed guides in the shoe fitting area and checkout queues to help you with this.
We take feeling unwell seriously. Our team members are requested to remain at home and get tested if they feel unwell. We also encourage our customers who are feeling unwell to also remain at home.
We are happy to take orders through the phone or simply shop on our website.
Our team members are trained to maintain good cleaning and hygiene practices. On a daily basis, we sanitise surfaces, change rooms, benches, doors and registers.
We also recommend sanitising your hands upon entry to help us keep each area clean.
