These are a well-made bad idea.

The amerika supershut seems like a nice idea at first. Simple. minimalist anchor.

However they're not without some serious flaws. If placed using a glue-in machine-bolt (GIMB) then when they were out (4-10 years) you're faced with the prospect of chopping/pulling the bolts to replace them. This means that in 50 years time we'll have up to a dozen pairs of holes (or ugly bolt stubs) at the top of each climb.

Alternatively, if you place them with a mechanical anchor, because the two Amerika anchors twist in towards each other when weighted, they have a habit of the left-hand side anchor progressively winding itself loose. At the very least make sure you use two nuts or better yet, do NOT use this anchor. Why not a fixe #037 and some climbing technology captive pin wiregate carabiners?
