Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the safety gear on this site we cannot accept returns for Safety hardware (safety gear includes Helmets, Carabiners, Harnesses, Ropes ETC) and equipment if you change your mind or they dont fit.

If there are defects with a purchased item we will accept returns as the products are covered by manufacturers Warrenty.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Or email us directly.

SHOE RETURN

We will gladly swap shoe sizes over for you if you choose the wrong side. You will need to post them back to us and we will post another pair out to you with free postage (unless specified in shoe sale description). If you need to change them a second time then you will need to pay for the return postage from us as well.

Freight / Shipping

Orders placed on our website of $99 or more qualify for free postage Australia wide.

Shipping is generally through Australia post or FASTWAY Couriers except for larger items. We are now using Australia post Eparcel  or Fastway Satchels for most shipments which has the following benefits:

- unique tracking code

- proof of posting and delviery

- signature on delivery or the ability to leave an item as per your instructions. 

- Fastway Satchels are faster but only cover certain areas.

Some bulkier items may be sent by Star Track and would need to be delviered to a place where someone is available to receive the delivery.

NOTE International shipping is only an estimate and may need to be adjusted depending on the order.

Freight Time:

We try and keep the freight time as short as possible. All orders are sent on the day you ordered (if ordered before 12 O'clock) or the next day (unless for some reason we are out of stock in which case we will contact you) by Australia Post. The approximate freight times are:

Sydney 1-3 days

Brisbane 1-3 days

Melbourne 2-3days

Adelaide - 3-4days

Perth - 3-5 days (depending on size of order)

Hobart - 3-5 days

Darwin - 3-5days

Areas outside the capital citys would usually take an extra day to get to.

International Orders

We only ship some items overseas. The freight will be estimated in the cart but if this turns out to be incorrect we will contact you with a quote to see if you want to proceed
