Released on VHS format in 1996 the award-wining movie The Real Thing was the first feature length bouldering movie and played a large part in the popularization of bouldering. Re-released on DVD format for the first time it now includes a bonus retrospective commentary from Ben and Jerry. 13 years on it still remains a classic.
